CDG Construction provides a full range of construction services for commercial and residential projects located in the Washington, DC market. We specialize in smaller to mid-size renovation and new construction projects in the urban environment, which require a unique set of skills.

Over the past 15 years, we have worked with some of the city’s best architects to build interiors and exteriors that are both durable and beautiful. We take pride in the attention we pay to small details, which can often make or break a project. Great design on paper does not look great at the end of the project unless it is built correctly. CDG Construction is an outgrowth of Capital Design Group, Inc., a design-build firm founded in 1995 by developer Dennis Lee. As the capabilities of the firm grew, opportunities to work with outside architects and larger construction companies became available and the new division was established.
